Diesel Particulate Filters (DPF) and Diesel Oxidation Catalysts (DOC)
DPFs and DOCs are an important part of your vehicle’s emissions system. DOCs reduce harmful emissions by converting carbon monoxide (CO) and hydrocarbons into carbon dioxide (CO2) and water. DPFs remove any remaining diesel particulate matter or soot that the DOC could not oxidize.
